MRLS - Multiple Rocket Craft - w4stedspace

Description
The world to accompany the attached video from my YouTube channel!

A rapid fire rocket launcher craft with twin 8 rocket bays and multiple fires modes as well as projectors to replenish munitions. This is the first version with a few flaws but still fully functional and capable of dealing large damage to poorly defended targets. Against more heavily defended targets it needs some decoys to distracted enemy turrets.

Please be aware that eventually the timers will go wrong and bays will stop functioning.. this is a byproduct of how the game handles timers and is unlikely to be fixed until they make the game multi-threaded.

I have included the projectiles and the projector parts in the world also if you want to use those for other designs.

Usage:
Easiest method is to watch the attached video where I explain how to use it's fire moddes.
All buttons are already added to the cockpit.

9 = Cease Fire!
2= Single/Chain Fire
3=2 rockets at once
4=4 rockets at once
5=all the rockets together

If you found this interesting or helpful please consider visting my YouTube channel for more Space Engineers tutorials, guides and videos.

use a progamming block if you can. Build a automated factory behind the system. then have piston rotors pushing it into a storage contianer. When ready fire all at once.

@Threaten Me Not I could potentially stack them behind each other in rows also and then stagger that building to to allow for some mad reload mechanics, although need to get the timers right or there's gonna be a huge mess :)

@Tsundere Senpai holding alt allows you to move the camera seperately to ship movement. There are also spectator keys on f5-f9 that allow other sorts of angles.

@Nathan5027 That's a good suggestion tbh, I inteded to add decoys into the mix but I like that method. Cheets :)

you need to build some sort of reload system. Make that fast. and it would be the most over powered thing ever. Oh yeah and mount that onto a terminator like figure. :D cyclone missle launcher?

@Tsundere Senpai you hold Alt while moving the ship and it'll just move the camera

I can't tell what is bad and what is good

I toyed around with the stuff a while back:

I've basically given up on Warheads, though, and went for sheer velocity. Plus I never went that far in automation.

Could i ask, how are you able to rotate when piloting a ship in third person view without affecting your ship's direction(like being able to casually look at the front and at the sides)
