The Slimline Policy Balance

Beskrivning
The Slimline Policy Balance is based on the belief that Firaxis had a pretty good idea what they were doing when it came to balance. This Mod (Patch) makes a few minor tweaks to the policy tree in order to even out the opening Policy options and provide a reason to select some of the later policy options.

Tradition
------------
Legalism - Number of free culture buildings reduced to 3 from 4

Liberty
------------
Collective Rule - Training of Settlers decreased to +33% from +50% but the bonus is no longer restricted to the Capital

Honor - Culture gained from each Barbarian killed increased to 125% of the barbarian's stengath.
------------

Piety - Now also halves the time for constructing Monuments
------------
Mandate of Heaven - Also provides +10% Production when building Wonders

Patronage
------------
Philanthopy - Gold gifts to City States bonus reduced to +20% influence down from +25%

Commerce
------------
Entrepreneurship - Great Merchants are earned 33% faster now instead of 25%

Rationalism
------------
Free Thought - No longer provides 17% Science boost from Universities

It wasn't really a nerf to liberty though; as it gave the bonus to every city.

Why nerf Liberty? If anything it needs a buff..
