Slowage

Description
Slows citizen aging to 2 1/2 years for every game year (62.5% of normal speed).

Mod is currently working with CC v1.71, Banished 1.0.7 beta build 170608.

Can turn on/off mid game.

Didn't mess with any of the other settings - birth rate, school/worker/marriage ages.
The 1 for 1 mods are fine, but a little slow for me in early game and didn’t want to mess w/^.
Just wanted to slow em down some and this worked out great.
