• dash_bg_smoke.usm и startup_video.txt нужно поместить в Disc:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\resource\flash3\videos
  
• dash_bg_smoke.dds нужно поместить в Disc:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\resource\flash3\images
  
• Если таких папок нет,то создать их в ручную.
  
• В параметрах запуска доты введем -enable_addons -console +dota_embers 1

Для тех у кого не запускается делаем следующее:
-Открываем консоль пишем dota_embers 0 Закрываем консоль
-Открываем консоль пишем dota_embers 1 Закрываем и снова Открываем.Фон должен появиться.
P.S.S Если вы введете в консоль dota_embers 1 и dota_embers 0 и не будете откр/закр. консоль,фон работать не будет.Важно последовательность описанная выше.

For those who have not started doing the following:
-Opens Console write dota_embers 0 closes the console
-Opens Console write dota_embers 1 is closed and reopened. Background should appear.
