Hey Killer96, it appears the definition for the second cube is broken.
Notice: Subtype <> SubtypeId

Your have:
<Id>
<TypeId>CubeBlock</TypeId>
<Subtype>HH_bridge2</Subtype>
</Id>

It is supposed to be:
<Id>
<TypeId>CubeBlock</TypeId>
<SubtypeId>HH_bridge2</SubtypeId>
</Id>

I haven't looked at the republished DX11 version, but I'm assuming it hasn't been fixed either.

so i have good news. thanks to the help of a friend i am reuploading these. saddly my friend hesa is MIA and i was too busy with life and my own mods to get these running agian. they should be up on the workshop within a few hours

Not sure why you would thumbs down someone's hard work because it was posted before dx11 update. Its not causing you any trouble. Seems petty. Unless you meant a figurative thumbs down.
