Jushdrug's Stack and combine

A simple QOL mod that makes several items stackable and combinable including:

- Injectors up to 3 times. (fully working, no need to split them before use)
- Blood test kit up 5 times. (fully working, no need to split them before use)
- Most pills stack higher now to match the count on the packaging. (reducing spawnrates may be nescessary)
- Paper stacks to 10.
- Bandages are combinable and splittable. (just like rags)
- all repair kits + garden lime are combinable but not splittable.
