JSRS SOUNDMOD - 3CB Factions Mod Support

Full support for 3CB Factions and JSRS. At least for infantry weapons. I don't care much about vehicles, maybe I can be persuaded to look at it later.

All credit goes to LordJarhead for his amazing sound work, I've just fixed up the config.

@Miami if you can get me a list of vehicles that need compat, I might get around to it.

Literally the only compat mod for jsrs and 3cb and vehicle are not cared upon..:steamsad:

Would def appreciate the vehicles to be included.

So distracting that all RHS vehicles have JSRS sounds and 3CB sounds like normal Arma

could you do cup weapons next? theres alotta guns in cup that arent jsrs supported
