RaidSchedule - New and Improved

Description
Restricts the ability to raid to configured times. The times and days can be configured through a server side config file. Below is an example config. You just need to add/remove days, start hour, start minute and duration of the raid. Start hour/minute is set using your local time and duration is set in minutes.

I'll need to take a look at the RA mod when I have time. If I can I'll release a comparability mod for it

This doesnt seem to work when using the RA Base Building mod. You're still able to plant RA_C4 and RA_Improvised_C4 outside of the raid times setup in the config.

Can you explain why its not work? I wasted 3 days for this.
1.My restarts are UTC+1 every 4hrs: 8 12 16 20 22 0 4
2. I want to make Raid time 08:00-00:00 UTC+1

if i have breaching charges and plan on getting raid tools, will i need this or can i do it alone with the BreachingCharge RaidSchedule Compatibility ? atm i only have this and ive followed the instructions but bases are getting raided with breaching charges outside of the given timeset :)
