Skinning & Skincraft
This mod makes it possible to cut up infected people. In a config you can set which of these items you want to get and with which probability. Each infected gives you new items and a skin that can be sewn into a mask. Over 100+ masks as each infected has either a different face or hair color. Put on the face you ripped off your killed zombie, but be careful, the masks will deteriorate over time and be ruined. The mask can be made with a leather sewing kit.

Cannibal
All items that can be obtained and consumed by an infected person will give you Kuru. Unfortunately, so far only meat and lard can be fried. Brain, guts and kidney can be eaten raw, but this is still to be adjusted. The skull will still have a function. Visually, everything has been changed a little so that it looks closer to an infected person and darkly spoiled.
