Custom Barrels & SeaChests

Simple Barrel & SeaChest re-textures, if you want me to add more variations feel free to
suggest cammos, but keep in mind i want to keep this simple so will not add any custom containers.

Also adding the ability to repair the Barrels & SeaChests with Epoxy.

Custom 300 slot, 5x5 Barrels with the ability to be taken in hands when full but not in to players inventory.

Custom 200 slot, 5x5 SeaChests with the ability to be taken in hands when full but not in to players inventory.

Changes the sizes of normal Barrels to 5x5 with the same thing, can put them in to the inventory only when empty.

For some reason could not change the vanilla SeaChest to 5x5 so just changed the class name xD.
