@inosak, i just tested and it works as it should. Make sure to put the quantum battery in the small circular slot of the charger, turn on the charger! and make sure the charger is powered.

I've tried original and modded charger and nothing can charge Quantum Battery

I do not think there are solar panels in vanilla Dayz. Must be mod conflict

Now this may be a interaction issue but when i use the ancient core in solar panels they just instantly drain. makes me wounder if those are also broke.

Yeah, this broke after game update 1.19. Dayz changed something in the tools, i tried to fix it but i cannot find the issue.
