This mod uses a little trick to add a working police siren to the game...
It adds a "PoliceSirene-Player", which can play Sirene-Cassettes and turned on/off in the Vehicle while in Hands.
You can TurnOn/Off EVERYTHING, while you are in a while and the Item is in your Hands.
Also, "raising" (holding) the Megaphone while you are in a Vehicle is now available, so you can make announcements yourself!
The Range of the WalkieTalkie and BaseRadio was changed to 30'000 Meters, so you can use it as ingame as Communication/Police Radio

known bugs:
- you have to turn ON, then OFF and then ON again at the first time
