(OUTDATED) MineralDex - An ingame Material and Monster Look up system

Description
This item assembly adds a lookup terminal where you can input part of a minable outcropping and see what resources it will give you. You can also search monstersto see strategy and what items can be looted. Fully vanilla. Thanks to WorkingJoe for the bulk of the circuitry.

Yeah this hasn't been updated since January 2021, it's very outdated now.

Getting a few errors when it starts up. (in the terminal, not console errors.)
but other then that it seems to be working fine.

Although I couldn't get the entry for a couple things to Pop up even though I know its in the index.

How to add a new terms look up? like what is the format? do you have a copy of the original Index kinda hard to copy it from the editor.
