if ace loads first then your promet thing loads, the promet stuff should overwrite the ace stuff and it should work. since that sometimes is not the case i can only speculate that the ace module for weapons etc delay its load.
since i know disabling and re-enabling could often fix this mod id recommend just trying the same with the promet one. if i recall there was also a irc for ace development, you could see if you can find that and mention the issue there and ask if they know what could cause it.
this mod modifies portions of aces medical, thats all it does. the promet mod im guessing changes up stuff with that weapon, and im assuming ace also modifies those files due to renaming weapons etc, and thats where the conflict lies.
technically it should always work as long as it loads after ace does.
