If the enemy dies, player respawns instantly after death.
If the enemy dies when player is respawning, he will respawn in this moment.

@MrZawodowy - Using those stats, why would I want to use this instead of Jarate?

The Ashes of Red and Blu Mann.

Could decrease acuracy on impact to self or others (NOT counting team mates, that's just a recipie for a troll) Also, make spies unable to cloak. If held too long, the jar will break onto you.

When thrown at an alive ally it heals them by 25%
When thrown at a dead ally still in the respawn screen, it resurrects them with 50% of their health and ammo, for example- A Heavy is resurrected, he has 150 hp and 100 rounds in his mini-gun
When thrown at an alive enemy, causes them the earn something similar to the bleed effect for 20 seconds
When thrown at a dead enemy, the body comes to life but is controlled by bots, in addition they have double their full health and can only use melee weapons. Plus they only move at normal speed.
