I removed the fog effect from the Weather file from the frostbite update
as i dint like it at all

I made this for the frostbite update for the weather in that, so its not tested in the new update yet, use at your own risk

I have had it in my game and it appeared to work. I haven't seen fog have had a few weather effects so it should't crash your game. No idea if it is having any other effects.

Can't say 100% it is working but I think it was.
