Nice mod, I always get Blue Gems when I need Red Gems. Nice idea too.

You implemented Good Mod and Idea.
But at the moment, it is a bit Overpowered.

Some ideas.

Crow Feather is easy to get and good used as Neutralizer.

For Tier 1 Gem
Blue Gem + Red Feather (+ Crow Feather) => Red Gem
Red Gem + White Feather (+ Crow Feather) => Blue Gem

For Tier 2 Gem
Purple Gem + Something? => Yellow Gem
Purple Gem + Something? => Orange Gem
