Console
Go to your steam library, right click on Portal 2 and open properties -> "Set launch options".
Type in "-console" (without quotes). If you now start the game you should see the console, I would advice to bind the console to a key, like F11. Type in the console "bind F11 toggleconsole"

Third Person View
Enter these commands into console:

thirdperson 1

thirdpersonshoulder 1

c_thirdpersonshoulderaimdist 120.0

Borealis:

At the end of chapter 6 (in the area where you get POTaTOS), go to the bottom floor of the building POTATOS is in. In the back left corner there is a door half hidden behind a book case. Go through the door, continue to the end of the hallway and go through the blown-open door frame to your right. You will be at a dock with several life-savers with the word "borealis" on them, which is a reference to the missing experiment in Half Life 2: Episode 2.

Singing Turrets:

In test chamber 16, there is a turret inside a ventilation grate right past the elevator. Jump over it, get the refraction cube and use the laser to destroy that turret. The grate will open up, and when you go in, there will be 4 turrets singing a song in unison.

P-Body's cameo:

In test chamber 15, Wheatley will move a wall aside on the opposite side of the
chamber, notably, breaking several lines and straining the architecture. He
seems to do that a lot. Anyway, if you look to the left during the process, you
will see P-Body from co op mode! He stands there, before acting suprised and
running through the door.

Hidden song:

Go to Chapter 2, Chamber 3. When you enter, go to the door and turn right. There is a Ratman den. Also, make sure you shoot a portal somewhere in the chamber for you to escape later. When you drop into the den, go to the left and there is a corner with a radio. The radio plays "Exile Vilify" by The National.

Still alive:

On Chapter 2, Test Chamber 6, midway through when you need to press a button to get a Weighted Companion Cube, GLaDOS instead throws trash at you first. One of the items she throws at you is a radio. When you pick it up (or at least get near it), you can slightly hear an instrumental version of "Still Alive," the famous song used during the closing credits in Portal 1.

Companion cube plays music::

On Portal 2 Chapter 2 : The Cold Boot, in testchamber 7 after you pick up the companion cube three times look to your right, near the corner. For a split second you can see Wheatley in a hole, but he'll quickly cover the hole up with a panel. But that's not all. After you see it pick up the companion cube and turn up your volume. There should be music.

Potato Powered Flux Capacitor:

Whilst Wheatley is helping you through the dark areas of Chapter 5, you’ll come across the Bring Your Daughter to Work exhibition, where you’ll find this little Back to the Future reference.

Rat Man's Den Locations and Final Transmission
Chapter 1 - Test Chamber 4 - After you fall through the glass, there is a staircase leading up to it.

Chapter 2 - Test Chamber 3 - This one is very easy to find, it's just a room off the main test chamber, no portals needed.

Chapter 2 - Test Chamber 6 - This one gets you the Final Transmission Achievement if you bring the radio from the garbage that GLaDOS launches at you. To get to it you must place a portal on the most upper right panel on the wall to the left of the two angled panels. Place the second portal on the right panel of the two angled panels. Launch yourself. The momentum should lanch you into the Rat Man's Den which is through a glass window on the wall to the right of the two angled panels.

Final transmission decoded

Chapter 3 - Test Chamber 11 - there is a wall where the hard light surface hits it. Behind this wall is a room where you see Wheatley briefly and some text on the wall. It is open with a space big enough for you to go through on the side, but it is easy to not notice.

Chapter 3 - Test Chamber 12 - You'll see an enterance near the top of the chamber. Use the light bridge to enter it.

Chapter 3 - Test Chamber 16 - When you first walk in, there is a turret behind a vent. Use the cube to redirect the laser into that vent to kill the turret and open up the Rat Man's den.

Chapter 3 - Test Chamber 17 - Above the archway towards the exit, shoot the portal above that as far left as you can. Walk across the bridge and you should see an open panel on your right.

At the clean test chamber, ( the one with 3 laser recivers, each one plays a part of music. If you get all of them, they start playing their whole song.

Not sure if this still gets checked, but at the "Bring your daughter to work day" displays, the project that has the overgrown potato has Chell's name on the poster board
