• Mann Co. Online Store

Obtaining Crates

The Summer Cooler Crates are obtained randomly through the item drop system and by finding and using a Summer Claim Check. When a Summer Claim Check is used, you'll receive a random colored Summer Cooler Crate. The Summer Claim Checks dropped randomly prior to the summer event through the item drop system.



Once you've a Summer Claim Check navigate to the item within your backpack. Once you've found it select it and then click on Use.



Once you've followed the prompts the game will reveal to you which crate you've received.



Summer Claim Checks and each colored Summer Cooler Crates are also tradable. You can either make a post on the official TF2 trading forum or join a trading server. Additionally you can look at some of the community driven trading websites below.
