s7o's LUND + LAMBDA forever v1.54

A little quest that provides a backstory to Lund's Hut
(the - yet - devastated little house with a body in it
near Rorikstead)

You'll also get the chance to obtain the place as a
player home (and have it properly cleaned up first)
and become a citizen of Rorikstead.

Also, a new inhabitant has moved to Rorikstead
(_somebody_'s got to do the cleaning...)

Note that you can have the house OR the gold reward. If you choose
the gold, you will NOT get a second chance to obtain the house - which
i'd strongly recommend, as you'd else miss the best parts :-)

WHERE

Lund's Hut near Rorikstead.
The quest starts there or by talking to Rorik in Rorikstead.

ISSUES

If you want to keep Lund's Hut as a player home, don't leave improved,
custom enchanted or unique items on the floor in Lund's original hut
before reporting back to Rorik (they can safely be stored in any of the
original hut's containers though)
