For mod'ed Arks, the spawn rate for mobs that drop Primal Fear Fire Feathers and Primal Fear Electric Feathers can be so low, even with harvesting in groups, without a dino wipe days can go before enough feathers are collected to create necessary taming items for high level mobs that otherwise despawn before the required resources are harvested. Collected at a rate of about 30-to-1 Primal Fear Ice Feathers to Primal Fear Fire Feathers on Ragnarok demonstrates this imbalance. The Feather Workbench lets you convert those numerous Ice Feathers to Fire Feathers to get back on track of playing Primal Fear and having fun.
