Do not ignore the startling feeling of de ja vu you may experience half-way through this chamber. Important.

Do ignore the suspiciously shrinking nature of the rooms, as well as the fact that that block is suspended mid air. Not important.

If you enjoy this sort of thing, you'll probably enjoy the things in this collection and the other. Important.

Here's what I meant earlier. The walkthrough is not clean enough but it shows the workaround.
To quaternary : I don't think it is the intended solution either.

There's an unintented solution: if you're quick enough you can place a portal on the ceiling in the first chamber while flinging up in the second chamber thus adding more height to fling to the exit.

if I hadn't played your other chambers I wouldn't have done this one that fast ^^
