Do ignore the suspiciously shrinking nature of the rooms, as well as the fact that that block is suspended mid air. Not important.

Here's what I meant earlier. The walkthrough is not clean enough but it shows the workaround.
To quaternary : I don't think it is the intended solution either.

There's an unintented solution: if you're quick enough you can place a portal on the ceiling in the first chamber while flinging up in the second chamber thus adding more height to fling to the exit.

if I hadn't played your other chambers I wouldn't have done this one that fast ^^
