All we are is stardust... Some a bit more than others, though.

Celestial Spark features a complex overhaul for Wisp's particle effects, changing the animation for every single one of his abilities while maintaining his distinctive visual effect.

Tether: A spiraling helix orbits the central tether line, growing in size the closer it is to the tethered hero. Additionally tiny sparks will gather at Wisp's core and emit at the targeted unit, emphasizing the transfer of energy.

Spirits: Wisp's spirits resemble falling stars, their glow being more sharp and punctuated than before. Their trail consists of two helices which rotate around each. The impact explosion resembles Wisp's own Death animation, albeit much smaller.

Overcharge: This one was tricky. Being the only ability not fitting Wisp's colour scheme, I aimed for an effect mimicking the sun, pulsing with energy while retaining the distinctive effect and fitting the overall celestial concept of this item.

Relocate: While channeling the ability particles will emit from Wisp's core, orbiting his body like stars in a galaxy. At the destination point a beacon will begin to form, collapsing as Wisp teleports. After the teleport a second beacon is created at his origin point, slowly pulsing until Wisp is the Relocate effect expires.

I strongly recommend to watch the video above, as it is very difficult to properly show flowing particle effects in static pictures.

FAQ:

Doesn't this item eat a lot of performance?
No, I've already tested this item in online matches and it worked flawlessly on my rather poor laptop. I tried to balance out the particle count of the original version and mine, so if the default Wisp didn't cause you lags, this item certainly won't as well.

Wouldn't this item be confusing ingame?
I doubt it. First off, Wisp probably has the most unique appearance and spell effects in the game, making it really hard to confuse them for anything else than they are. Secondly, I retained his colour scheme – Wisp is still blue, Overcharge is still orange – and even though I changed the tone I think you can clearly tell what is happening. Generally I dare say that you can much rather mistake pretty much every hero with an item set for something else than a Wisp wearing this item.
