Each day since I uploaded this head I have 2 or 3 friend request asking this question:
This item will be free if you already have the original set? well few points here

-I don't know if this will get into the game, I made this head because Valve added a head slot for it AFTER I created my Rubick set, So I don't know if it will get into the actual store, it's not a 100% sure thing

-Creators have nothing to do with the price or the way the items are sold.

- I believe just looking at the store and how you can buy a complete set or just the pieces you want of that set as a standalone items. I'd bet that if this mask get into the game, Will be available as a Standalone item if you check the Councilior Set page ->clicking on the item you want (this mask), and buy just that part, not the complete armor. OR as a complete pack if you want to buy Full Rubick counciliors set.

But again this is just personal opinion judging how the actual shop works.
