Description

Adventure-style tutorial for the grip flight mechanic. Make sure that you have trick text enabled so you can see the tutorial text! If you don't do that, you're gonna have a bad time.

Thanks to MCrekna1 for a lot of testing and feedback back when this the bulk of the work was being done on this map back in, like, July or August or something. I recently resumed work on this to actually get it finished. Unfortunately, I didn't finish this in time for DAC, but at least it's finally done now. (EDIT: Apparently, signups for DAC don't end on the 1st. They apparently never truly end, since multiple levels are allowed per day. I did not know this. I kind of wish I did. I am not smart. :P)

It doesn't seem like the trick text thing works on the current patch. Still got a gold time, though I would like to know what the text was.

Framerate issue is probably your heavy use of smoke

It's a nice intro to TB, but I do have framerate issues throughout the map (lower average framerate than the official campaign).

Also I think it would have been better to replace the first section where you have to maneuver in the air (wasd prompt) with a section that is designed to be navigated by only rolling (a and d).

I got to say this map helped me become well accustomed to Grip Flight. Normally other community maps that do this I could never play through because their implimentation of it wasn't really explained well, but this I could play this level over and over and I find this very fun!

Thank you for making this level and thanks for being able to teach me Grip Flight.
