does not look like spicicle. Seems like it could be something like: killing/backstabbing an enemy with this weapon causes them to explode into "thousands" of small shards of glass in the area they were in (like a few feet radius) and it causes bleeding damage to all foes who pass through the glass. This causes enemies to bleed while the spy fights them, making them feel much less safe when fighting and more likely to run..... with their back towards you ;)
