Simple mod that removes the following requirements for offering peace:

- Losing the war by at least 50%
- At least 6 months of war

Unfortunately the AI isn't suitable for accepting a peace offer and will almost always not accept it. Thus this mod is more suited for the multiplayer mode when playing against other players and offering them peace when you both want a war to be over.
