Advanced Reinforced Krafting

Finally, a way to move beyond the normal metal structures. Presenting ARC metal structures with increased health and explosive resistance.

Features:
- ARC metal ingots to use to build your new tougher structures
- ARC structures can be differentiated from vanilla structures
- ARC structures have a dull look, no more being blinded by the light
- ARC structures have increased health and explosive resistance (see Discussion on INI settings)
- ARC smithy to craft all your new structures with. New model to differentiate between other benches
- ARC forge to create your new ARC metal ingots (metal ingots + obsidian)
- Fabricator, Vault, Chem Bench, and Smithy: all with increased crafting speeds.
