ARC metal ingots now require 2 metal ingot and 4 obsidian.

Settings Definitions
Structure Health Multiplier
- Changes the health of the ARC metal structures. Default is 2x Vanilla structure health

Foundation Support Range
- Changes the structure range without support. Default is 2x (Vanilla settings)

ForgeCraftingSpeed
- Changes the crafting speed of the forge. Default is 4x, Range is 1 thru 6

SmithyCraftingSpeed
- Changes the crafting speed of the smithy. Default is 2x Range is 1 thru 6

FabCraftingSpeed
- Changes the crafting speed of the Fabricator. Default is 4x Range is 1 thru 6

SmithyCraftingSpeed
- Changes the crafting speed of the Chem Bench. Default is 8x Range is 4 thru 12
