Smithing Perks Reworked

Description
Have you ever wondered why you can suddenly create weapons and armours simply by choosing the related perk?
This mod changes smithing, to make it a little more realistic. Now your level 20 character can smith Ebony armors, if they can find a complete set!

What it does:
Smithing Perks no longer give you the ability to create armors and weapons, only improve them. With this mod, you can create any piece of armor or weapon without any perks. To do this, you need to possess set of the related armor (Cuirass, Boots, Gauntlets, Helmet), and take it to a smelter. At the smelter, you can smelt the armor set down, which will give you a book specific to the set of armor you smelted (Dwarven armor set will give you the book Dwarven Armor Smithing). With this book in your inventory, you can craft Dwarven armors at any forge.

Similarly with weapons, you simply need a weapon of the desired material in your inventory. Unlike armors, the weapon will not be destroyed in creating the book (I was unable to find a way to do this without creating 6-7 different smelting recipies for each material, which would clutter the smelting menu too much). The book gives you the ability to create the associated weapons.

Tempering bonuses from smithing perks have not been changed at all, the only thing that has changed about perks is that they no longer give you the ability to create weapons and armors, BUT they are still required to improve pieces properly.

These changes apply to Iron weapons and armors and Leather armors too, so you will need to create the relevant books in order to create these pieces.

This is my first mod, and I dont expect it to be for everyone. Its intended for those players who want slightly more realistic smithing and want to explore and collect in order to get better weapons and armor, not just pick the next perk in line.

There shouldn't be any compatibility problems. No custom armor sets are or will be supported though.

*This mod does not currently apply to Daedric and Dragon armors or weapons, as they are very rare to find in-game*
**Does not require Dawnguard, so does not apply to arrow smithing**

Future Additions;
-Reworked weapon smelting to make it similar to armor smelting
-Addition of Smithing Books to vendors
-Add Daedric and Dragon support & Dawnguard version

I'm not sure honestly, I havent tried it with any custom armour mods or mods such as Morrowloot. I dont know what effect it would have.

Sorry, I didn't, mean as far as creating the armours. I meant since Morrowloot makes it so you can no longer smith high level weapons/armour, would it clash with this one in that regard?.

If I had this mod higher up on the load order than Morrowloot, would I still be able to destroy and craft weapons/armour, or would Morrowloot prevent that?

No, like I said in the description, it only applies to vanilla armours, and I'm not planning to add support for custom armour either.

Very interesting idea. I admit, I like how it's set up now, and won't be taking this mod, but still, always cool to see someone changing a fundamental like this.

yes ,I was thinking with the enchantment you should have tofind the oblect and brake it down like you normally would but in order to get better and move up maybe they should have to find books on the different types of enchantments idk this is a awsome mod anyways.
