Game is incredibly buggy.
Aside from the inability to even get in game most of the time the times that you do the game refuses to launch
I have no idea how the main menu is supposed to look like because the 2 times I have managed to actually get in and finish the tutorial the game either crashed on me or put me into an infinite loading screen.
The game might be crazy fun but I wouldn't know as in its current state its literally non functional.

The server issues seem to be gone but the game is plagued with constant crashes and bugs that just make it incredibly frustrating

A lot of gamemodes are missing and it honestly just feels hella boring to play
Deathmatch doesnt have sightline checks on spawns like literally every other modern fps so it just ends up being a rather miserable casual experience
Cant comment on the more competetive aspects of the game but from a casual's perspective this game is a massive downgrade from CS:GO

10/08/2023 Update
Having to wait for EAC to load while working on avatars or trying to troubleshoot headset issues is still as annoying as it was a year ago
Although VRC team has added a lot of QoL stuff so nowadyas there wouldnt be much of a reason to use mods anyways

EAC update makes it a bloody pain in the arse to run this game sometimes
I just LOVE getting my headset on only for the EAC loading screen to bluescreen or freeze my laptop!
Not having performance improving mods also hurts a bit in some worlds but the most annoying part is navigating large worlds without a run button.
Overall decently made platform but tone deaf devs

Good game and stupid fun Co-Op
Although the "sane" characters sound more insane than Isaac who's supposed to be losing it which is sorta funny but immersion breaking
Best to get it and the DLC on sale

• World - World of Spirit of the North is easily the best thing about the game ranging from snowy mountain peaks through large grass fields to the land of the spirits accompanied by an amazing soundtrack composed by Joseph Gifford. Fans of nordic mythology will likely have fun with this title as it draws a ton of inspiration from there.
  
• Music - Soundtrack fits the game extremely well. It plays a major part in creating a relaxed but lonely atmosphere.
  
• Length - SoTN doesn't overstay it's welcome either, with the average playtime being around 5-6 hours making it a game that can be completed in one or two sessions.

The game does have a few of small issues.
Player can get lost sometimes and the controls might feel a bit janky at first due to how the fox turns or jumps.
SoTN also tends to crash during initial start up loading when trying to stream the game over Discord

Overall this title is pretty good and definietly one of the better picks for a saturday evening after a stressful week.
