Do you feel like a hero yet?

first time playing and died to the spider within the second room for not paying attention, an easy recommend

Showdown Bandit is all spark but no flair
It may have one or two parts nailed down, but that doesn't mean that they can just ignore the other parts and expect them not to worry about it.

TL;DR
Again like my Little Misfortune review, I can't help but feel like they missed a big opportunity with the concept they had with the game, but they had rather relied way too much on the artstyle itself to carry the game even with how luckluster everything is and in this day and age, that is not enough. I would rather say save your time and play something else that's better.

Little Misfortune was a game that I've reviewed back then giving it a negative due to me not liking it, but after 2 years I finally replay it with with an open mind, but in the end, I was still disappointed with how the game ended up in the end

- Every action/choice you make will mean nothing in the end (making the entire "there is no right or wrong, only consequences" meaningless)
- The main character (Misfortune) tends to be more annoying then "funny"
- Short run time (you could probability finish this in either one or two sittings)

TL;DR
I can't help but feel like they missed a big opportunity with the concept they had with the game, but they don't fully go into the idea. So I would rather say wait for a good sale with this game and if you can't wait for that, I suggest you spend it on there other game called "Fran Bow"

It's alright

Okay story, Good characters, just bad gameplay in my own opinion. Like, I don't like the game, but if you do like it there's no reason to think anything bad about it at all. Just not my type of game, you know? I don't think I would personally play this game all that much as it doesn't suit the style of game that I'm actually into. I did not like the way that the game worked and the way that it paced itself, it seemed very clunky to me and the gameplay felt exactly the same.

2/10
