Usually with Jackbox party packs (I own 3-6), there's usually 2 really good games and the rest are hot garbage, but with party pack 7 almost all of the games are hitters. Easily the best party pack made so far.

Early Access Review
Vibrant Venture is a 2d indie platformer (Mario bros-esque) where you have four characters to switch to with 2 distinct abilities they can use. You can combine these abilities by switching characters and be able to complete otherwise impossible jumps.

THE GOOD
  • Really solid and fun movement
  • Decent soundtrack
  • Potato PC friendly
  • Easy to follow story
  • Rewards good movement, good for speedrunning
  • Solid Discord if you ever need help

THE MEH
  • Lackluster story (Albeit most platformers have lackluster stories)
  • Really short (For now)
  • Overworld movement is poor (at least for keyboard)

THE BAD
  • Not beginner friendly (Would not recommend to anyone new to platformers)
  • Some levels have really long checkpoints
  • Some mechanics makes you question yourself Wtf is the ball mechanic in 1-3???
  • Wtf is the first boss?? why is it so hard?? why does it need 2 phases?? Why do you have to aim the rock??

Would I recommend this game? Depends. If you enjoy platformers with rewarding and solid movement and is okay with difficulty, I would recommend. If you don't like platformers or are new to platformers I would stay away.

Short and sweet, Coffee Talk is a visual novel with a well-written story with some meta references to the real world despite taking place in a modern fantasy-esque world where multiple races like orcs, mermaids, and vampires. Would recommend it to anyone who are fans of the visual novel genre.

There has been some positive changes to the new PCM and I hope this keep coming. I mainly play pro mode where you play as your own rider and there has been some features that definitely keeps the game fresh. When you start a new rider you have the option to give yourself an image of a pro, definitely helpful if you have a database. You also get skills you can invest with skill points. you get skill points every time you level up and you can upgrade a skill 3 times. One of the more unique skills you can get would be "Technique". At level one you get a skill you can use in a race where you don't have to collide with other riders but you're unable to sprint and attack. At level 2 you get the ability to hold an aero position and at level 3 you can descend faster but at a risk of failing. Another good addition would be an improved contracting system which is more similar to career mode.

TL;DR - Game improved mostly for pro cycling, wouldn't buy for career mode but the improvements to pro cycling is good. Added skills and better contracting.

Has the game improved since the last one? Yes.
Has the game improved enough for you to spend 40 dollars? No.

The game is pretty similar to the 2017 version and although the improvements to the game are definitely positive, if you have the 2017 version I wouldn't recommend buying this game as it is just an update to the game and not really an entirely new game, espiacally since the GUI are almost identical.

The improvements I see so far in the game are:
-Better AI (In certain situations like sprints.)
-More control over teammates in pro cycling (Purely bought the game for this, probably one of the better improvements.)
-Secondary axis for stats.
-KMs seem longer? (Made a sprinter and when I got to the finish line I started sprinting at 1.2KMs to go and I ran out of red bar, In older PCM versions I usually had some red bar left at the same distance, but Im not 100% sure on it.)
-A little more FPS? (Might just be me, but I had a bit more FPS compared to 2017, just dont count on it.)
-Choose axis when you level up in pro cycling
-See any transfers and budget cuts from other teams
