You pay 70 USD for the game or 110 USD for the premium edition, just to be required to spend more money on skins that are exclusive to the premium store
No rooms/lobbies
Promise now deliver later (Online practice mode, warrior shrine)
Disappointing PC port
No practice mode while queuing

Cherry on top is that the Omni-Man announcer voice doesn't come with the character or the Kombat Pack and is instead, exclusively in the premium store for 1000 krystals (10 USD) ......
