"Please incorporate the following features into the program:

Resolve the issue with detecting Vulkan and DirectX12 overlays. For example, the Vulkan overlay in Rainbow Six Siege is currently not functioning correctly.

Implement the capability to back up program settings to the cloud, similar to how game save files are stored. This will ensure that users can easily restore their settings and preferences. Integrating this feature with Steam Cloud would be a valuable addition.

Enable an offline mode for the program. Users should be able to access the program even when they don't have an internet connection. While requiring an internet connection during the initial setup may be acceptable, it's essential to provide offline access for users who have already purchased the program."
