I'm gonna be honest here, because you're probably looking at this game for one of two reasons.

1. A friend told you about it. So trust your friend, what do you need me for?

2. It's stupidly cheap during a steam sale and you got curious. It's like two bucks. Buy it!

In all seriousness though, it was an amazing game at its time, and it still is one today. I doubt there is another game as old with as large a playerbase, save maybe Runescape.

So buy it if RTS are your thing. Buy it if scenario editing is your thing. Buy it if building a palisade pen for your sheep and then never eating them is your thing.

Age of Empires 2 is nothing short of a wonder.

There are many reasons to recommend Subnautica.

The developers have been extremely forthcoming.
The environment is nothing short of gorgeous.
The story is enthralling.
The danger feels real.
The thrill is chilling.
The sea is deep.

What are you waiting for? Dive in!

Evolve.
What is there to say but "Oh, what could have been!"?

Simple. "Oh, what could still be?" Now, more than ever, since the game has been given a new lease on life.

Without a doubt, Evolve's development is a sad one. BUT. There is still potential in it. It may no longer be what it was, but don't let the bemourners of old times discourage you from trying it out as it is now.

It does need more players, yes. And perhaps it does need more content to survive in the long run.

But you shouldn't stay away from it now, just because it might not be around forever, especially now that it is free to play. So write your mayor. Write your congressman, your senator, your prime minister or your mom. Write 2k, get them to get this wonderful game back in stores.

If you like teamwork, the fight for your own survival or the survival of others.
If you like beautiful visuals and the feeling of being hunted.

Play this game. Get your friends to play this game. Hunting together is so much better than hunting alone, and Evolve certainly gives you a platform for that like no other game I know.
