Due to Sony's enforcement of the PSN Account, many of my friends won't be able to play at all.
The game's community has unfortunately been shot by this.

In short, game with amazing potential that has regressed in every aspect related to customer and player comfort and fairness.

I've spent somewhere around $120 on this game and ever since I've felt absolutely embarrassed by it.
The developers of WarThunder constantly mistreat anyone who plays this game both in customer service and general respect for time management and economic status. If you are poor, forget this game. It will treat you like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and all those who have money at this point live with creature comforts that will make you feel and be inferior in your capacity to achieve victory.

The grind has gotten worse, the attitude of Gaijin has gotten worse, and the general toxicity that escapes everyone now because of it was so bad I quit a year ago.

I keep a close eye on this game because of my love for armored vehicles of all kind and just how satisfying the penetration mechanic is but overall it is a game that is meant to trap people in with a very short good time and drag you through hell searching for it again.

Do not play this game, do not even breath at it.

Great game, horrible learning curve unless you play on the lowest difficulty which in all is fine.

The base game is again, great, but lacks a lot of content which is hidden behind paywalled updates. Some of which I feel are crucial for replay-ability and long term enjoyment.

Unless you mess with the mods.
The alternate universe mods in this game are astoundingly creative and fun.
There is some amazing effort and world building that draws you in, the game itself is a powerful engine for story telling and immersion of human struggles.
Very dramatic, very cool.
