it's not so much a matter of intelligence, as it is a matter of friendliness toward humans. Dogs and horses love camping, most animals understand the idea of consent (just watch any animal documentary--they go into detail about how each animal gives and denies consent, and goes about seeking a sexual partner) and I doubt dinosaurs would be any different, and the vast majority of animals that engage in sexual reproduction enjoy it (we [animals] evolved that way, with pleasure and lust being our motivators for sex).

Of course, if you really want to bone a dinosaur you'd better get to work either funding the research or doing your own research into how to actually bring them back or make new ones.
