The main problem I have with this is that it felt like a massive downgrade over iberian struggle.
1. The struggle have "timer" that basically limit you to rushing the end of the struggle.
2. The phase system here doesn't seem to have a lot of effect like iberian struggle. in Iberia intermarriage, level of aggression, all are affected by the phase. The phase dictate the flow of the struggle. Here it just exist.
But besides the struggle being mediocre, the flavor is there. Persian culture do feel much more unique. It's like a 5/10 DLC.

RIP spec ops the line, you will be missed.

The story is a sidegrade over the first game, and they do give hints for drink recipe unlike the first game. BUT the drink hint can be interpreted on multitude of ways. For example there's this prompt of warm and very sweet drink. So I make coffee-cinnamon-honey. Very warm and max sweetness. But apparently it's not the right answer. the answer is any warm base with two stack of honey. So I made tea-honey-honey, equal warm to coffee-cinnamon-honey, but one point less sweeter. But that is the correct answer. There's a lot of cases like that, it make the drinking game more frustrating. I'd say still recommended but the first game is way better,

The gameplay is fun and solid, but nothing special from roguelite vampire survivor-like game. It's cheap. Overall solid 7.5/10. Just like the glock. Good, reliable, cheap, but nothing special to write home about.

Honestly too complex if you don't have that much time gaming. too complex. if you have time to read wikis, watch youtube tutorials, and try out the game in single player mode maybe it will be fun. but at this point even the predictive move makes me have a headache. Still very cool concept, this is just a warning for people like me who can't spend too much time gaming.

Definitely the safest culture pack. All cultures are viable and thematically fits, but not as unique mechanically as future culture pack. If you want the most bang for your buck, this culture pack is for you, as you're most likely to use the culture in this pack.

imo the only culture pack worth getting. culture are balanced enough and try new concept, but the concept is not too foreign nor niche (except the nazca) compared to vanilla ones. Culture of africa play it too safe, while culture of oceania play it too unique that most of the culture there besides pama nyungans is too niche.

I don't get it. combat is clunky, graphics are OK, I felt there's no hook.
