The amount of bots this game has is unbelievable.

Valve should make the item drops non-tradable (make the metal gained from them non-tradable as well) so idle botting would be useless. I don't think anyone would care anymore at this point. (this would also make the key/metal prices stable)

They should also make an option when making a new steam account, to choose if it's a bot account or a real one.
If you join a game, and you're registered as a bot you would be automatically banned. This way valve would have a list of the trading bots, and the trading bots wouldn't increase the player amount.
So you'd have to register as a real user to play games.

(Crazy idea)
Valve should make tf2 non-downloadable for new accounts.
(or make the game like 5 $)
At least until this entire thing is over. This would give valve time to ban all the cheater bots and not worry about new bots taking their place.
They should keep the game 5$ or non-downloadable for new accounts until they have actually made a working anti-cheat. This would at least give them time.
