I've played for 4 hours so far and all I can say is, "yes, absolutely." I was never able to get into any other game of this genre, but something about surviving a ruthless hellscape filled with anomalies that jumpscare the s**t out of you and strange beings that are out for your blood just bring the genre to life and makes it what I always wanted in a game all about not dying. Never before did I think I would be able to sit there for 5 minutes just cleaning a new gun I found on a body just so I can go pop a cap in some whispy f*****s head. If you are looking for the ultimate survival experience, look no further.
