Remnant II can be an interesting sequel, though let it be known that the improvement is there, you can acknowledge the passion and work the developers put into the game. Just like Remnant I, they've kept the 3-player formula with the whole "dark-souls with guns" vibe to it, difficulty scales based on the amount of players so don't worry too much if you're thinking of buying Remnant II with your friends. If you're wondering about the playtime, it's roughly 15-16hrs

The Positives
[+] Almost doubled/tripled the amount of gear you can obtain in-game, offering a sufficient amount of playstyles
[+] Improvements in map generation, the maps doesn't feel like a flatland exploration albeit the process is similar.
[+] Curiosity rewards the cat, exploring every nook and cranny is highly advised instead of a bold run-n-gun approach
[+] Designs and atmosphere are pretty good, I felt the presentation of the maps to be pretty enjoyable,

The Mixed
[50/50]
The class system, the biggest change in terms of combat is having to utilize a class system instead of armor-set bonuses from Remnant I. On one hand, You can pick up to 2 classes and switch them around any time you want to match your class preferences, the game starts you off with a handful, 4-5 roughly but as mentioned, curiosity rewards the cat as they may be more classes than the game would let you know about. On the other, since armor-set bonuses are gone, the armors in=game are purely for stat-wise as of now, but their stats are fairly balanced and I wouldn't count on a "best armor to wear" for enemy/boss (x)

[50/50]
Due to the amount of gear in-game, 1-2 playthroughs won't be enough to get them all, there is however an adventure mode in which you play only 1 part of the game instead of having to start from scratch, but still it is a huge work, if you're from Remnant I, you might instead find this inviting instead, a challenge to complete your collection of gear.

The Negatives might get improvements
[-] Game can take a little bit more time on the optimization, I personally only have slight performance issues in a particular map but then again, the game recommended specs are listed on the store page, issue varies
[-] There's a max level cap this time, this one's more of a my own problem but it was definitely more fun with the craziness you get back in Remnant I, though developers did note that they're still monitoring and deciding whether if they'll make any adjustments.
[-] Currency. For the time being, the in-game currency drop rate for purchasing and upgrading your gear can be annoying to get at a high rate to reflect on the amount of gear that allows you to.

Conclusion
Whatever good or bad feats Remnant II have as of now, we must all acknowledge that the developers are actively listening to player feedback and suggestions to better the game, supporting them and sharing your views is the best way to get the most out of a high-replayability game such as this. Highly recommended

Got it solely for zombies. The vibe of the game itself is pretty welcoming and it's a pretty good switch from bo3 zombies to cw, it can be considered an upgrade in a lot of ways, especially balancing the perks and giving a lot of "mid" perks appropriate buffs and removing the perk limit.

Gameplay experience is definitely better now.

+Outbreak mode
+No perk limits
+Being able to use Characters/Operators from MP for zombies, vice versa.
+Create-a-class system is pretty nice, a lot of weapons to choose from as starting loadout instead of just a 1911
+ Several alternate game modes for zombies
- Lack of maps ( 4 original, excluding outbreak )
- Some operators are locked behind battle pass that had been long since ended, some FOMO stuff

8/10

*Additional note*
+ Can shoot while interacting with perk machine

Early Access Review
It is pretty much the best zombie survival game as of now, went in blind only to have my expectations blown away.

Generally fun and welcoming for me, I started with MK9 and got more interested when MKX-L came by. When Mk11 dropped, it just got better with the roster along with the new fighting system, appreciate the uniqueness to it.

+ Good time burner
+ Roster list
+ Variations/ Customization for characters
- Sweaty

I hesitated to buy this game for a few years, but before Steel Dawn came out there was a free week for me to try out the game. This chance showed me that the game has changed wayyy better than it used to be and I got hooked into it ever since, it's obviously better with friends and there are a ton of content the game provides you that are free.

+ New content are always free
+ Build Diversity
+ Open world
+ Base building
+ You get to launch a nuclear missile
- Server issues
- Daily limits ( how much in-game currency you can earn per day )
- No in-game chat
- Terrible building system ( hard to find the perfect angle to snap builds )
