6 carbine lightning bullet quick swap makes the bosses pretty trivial. I didn't like going back to old areas to grind for materials, and sidegrades were not worth it for me. Combat is fun but not much agency besides dodging, shooting and target selection. The game would feel more fast paced if it wasn't open world because traversal was quite boring.

I have more control over my mouse and it's made me better at non fps games like league of legends. Tedious at first but fun after awhile.

Edit at 700 hours: Sometimes when I don't hit a high score for awhile I pretend the target's are talking to me. Try it out, it can get pretty fun and silly!
