Early Access Review
Pros :
-Runs on a variety of machines, even 2013-level toasters
-Good old fast-paced arena shooter
-Easy to learn, hard to master
-Champions add a modern twist to the core game, keeping it fresh

Cons :
-Optimization needs a bit of work
-Netcode somewhat terrible, you'll find yourself in situations where you deal 0 damage
-Tutorial really needs an offline bot mode
-Some of the champions are basically too powerful

It's definitely a Quake game; you might get angry, but with each death you learn from your mistakes and become better.
However, this game needs some balancing right now.

The champion pack is a really good deal (30$ to get every champion, including future ones), but you can also get them from crates if you don't want to spend money. Best thing to do now is to be patient for updates or wait untill the game goes free to play.

I bought this with the expectations of a overall great game, and I can confirm this is 100% true.

The singleplayer campaign is one of the most interesting experiences in a first-person shooter in recent years. Where games like Call of Duty abused the linear patriotic theme for far too long, seeing Doom nowadays is totally refreshing. It has the best of both worlds, incorporating classic design elements like keycards and no weapon reloading (save for the Super Shotgun) and modern features. The story is long enough to keep you interested in finishing the game.

SnapMap imo is a nice tool for creating new maps. It's pretty easy to use and the tutorials are extremely helpful if you don't know what to do. So far I've been trying a few user levels, even one that was literally 3D Pac-Man, it's amazing to see the levels of creativity unleashed with this tool.

Multiplayer does not actually deserve that much hate (remember the open beta?). Yes, it has some team balancing issues here and there and some DLC-locked content, but it can be pretty neat. It's even better with friends, so if you can find a friend lobby, you will have a lot of fun.

I believe this game is not just one of the best shooters of this year, but it also is one of the best FPS of all time.

Buy this game now, and make sure you RIP AND TEAR!!!

The biggest problems with this game are the steering and throttle sensitivity with a wheel. Steering feels way too twitchy, even at low values. Combine this with the really responsive throttle and you will spin on most corners. It's not normal to do a 360 spin even at a gentle tap of the pedal.

Otherwise, it's a nice game for it's price (free) and runs well on lower end gpu's (easily pulling 60-70 FPS on a GTX 750 Ti with medium preset).

Even after the patches, the game still has optimization issues. There is constant frame stuttering throughout the levels, there aren't many graphical options and for some reason the game keeps crashing when I try to hack the vending machines.
It's really a shame since it mostly a port of an otherwise fantastic game.

To understand what I am talking about, here is my gameplay : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DFf8Yf0AXg

After playing this game for some time, I realized how bad this game actually is.

-There are loads of overpowered weapons that can only be obtained through so called "decoders", the worst offender being a very annoying laser pistol which every noob seems to use in DM.
-Speaking of decoders, they used to drop after every mission you do in the game, giving any player a chance to get cool stuff, now you have to do some random crap in order to even get one.
-Zombie PvP is generally unfair; team balance is non-existent and there are some powerups which can kill a big ass zombie with thousands of health in TWO HITS.
-Cheaters.
-There is a mode called Gun Deathmatch, which is basically CSGO's Arms Race, but with awful weapons. How am I expected to kill someone with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tiny slingshot?!?
-"Are you tired of playing as the same old CS 1.6 terrorists? Now you can play as a female! What's that? You don't have 7 dollars to pay? Well screw you!"
-The in-game reporting tool seems to be completely useless.
-Oh, a survey opens in Internet Explorer after I exit the game? No thanks.
-Did I mention cheaters?

Also, Turkish players are complete cancer .

One of the best DLC I have ever bought. Great expansion to a controversial game.

Definetly worth the money!

It's literally a paid version of Drag Racer v3.
Not worth your money or time.

Don't like the arcade fest that is DiRT Showdown? DiRT Rally is too hard for you? Then DiRT 3 is the game you are looking for!

The main purpose of the game is to complete all kinds of races across 4 seasons, while additional championships are unlocked by winning in a specific category. Speaking of categories, there are 6 in total:

-Rally is what the name suggests : off-road courses from point A to point B. Some of the stages are short, but it's fine.
-Rallycross events are pretty much circuit races using rally cars. You do a set number of laps and that's it.
-Trailblazer is like Rally, but focuses on speed and puts the player in hillclimb-spec cars. Really interesting, considering you don't have a co-driver here.
-Land Rush are offroad races with stadium trucks and buggies. Same as Rallycross.
-Head 2 Head is a round based duel race between 2 drivers with changing routes. It's ok, but takes too much time to even unlock them.
-Gymkhana is a freestyle trick competition. It's skateboarding, but with cars. I don't like it too much, especially since it's somewhat forced in the career mode.

Other remarks:
-Overall physics are well done and hit a nice spot between simulation and arcade.
-Keyboard controls are easy to use.
-Unskippable voice commentaries >:(
-Want to do a time trial record? Good luck, top 100 is filled with cheaters.

Final rating : 8/10

The only game where you download over 5 gigs of textures and plug-ins just to connect to a server, only to see black and purple squares in the sky.
Also avoid FNAF addons.

oh and the game is good.
