The people who are mad about the ICO update for 6.0 of Squad all say that this is "unrealistic" and it "goes against the average players wishes." But that could not be further from the truth in reality.

The ICO update has brought more layers to this game, more realistic fire fights and more circumstances that require actual teamwork to overcome. From what I can see, the people complaining are too lazy to adhere to a MILSIM playstyle. Squad has always been Milsim, that will never change.

I enjoy the update and wish more people can too. Your bickering about the game being ruined is sad, this is what Squad should be, a tactical milsim that requires teamwork to win games.

The game in all honesty is good. I have great experiences and bad experiences on it. More great than bad.

However, the TOS change that allows them to reserve the right to breach your privacy is exactly the opposite of what they should be doing. This TOS change will only get more innocent people in trouble, just like it did when EAC came out, it will not solve the issue that it intends to solve. You can quite literally bypass a ban just by looking up ways to, as well as VPNs can evade detection from the moderators of VRChat. (HWID spoofing in combination will make it very hard to do anything about it.) If you want to actually be worried about these issues, at least find out a way to get predators rightfully arrested, this won't stop them if they know how to use a VPN and HWID spoofer. If you have ever heard of Tech Gangster you will know that he has had allegations of being a predator and overall hateful. He is racist if you question that, there are multiple videos of him being openly racist in the middle of lobbies. (google exists) The evidence of him being a predator are not enough to sway people to hate him however, so he has an occult following that follows his every decision. It seems weird that they want to enforce this but won't take out active threats.

In short, this game is great! The company is not.
