CS:GO Review
You know a game is good when you spend over $500 on it.

There are different game modes in CS:GO but the main and important one is competitive mode which I will talk about. There are other game modes such as deathmatch, casual and more but people don't really care about them and only use them to usually warm-up.

This type of FPS game is so unique and different than any other. It requires players to develop new skills they wouldn't have had. The teamwork in this video game is as important as aim and game sense. It is a team game and without it, the chances of losing are high. You will sometimes match up with very toxic players because it's CS:GO and an online competitive game. If they annoy you just mute them or ignore them.

Game sense is also a big factor in this video game. Once you start to improve and compete against high skill level players you will have to make decisive plays which could change the whole outcome of the game. Game sense only develops with experience and watching other professional CS:GO players, there is no shortcut in this.

Aiming is a very difficult thing to do in this game. Especially when starting as a new player. At first you'll see substantial improvements but you'll hit walls and need to then improve other factors of your gameplay. When you start running into obstacles and you don't see any improvement, investigate on what you are lacking because there is always room for improvement. There are special training maps made by the community which can help many factors of your gameplay to improve.

In terms of game sense and aiming, there is so much room to improve and it's amazing that I've spent over 2k hours on this video game but am not still near the top at all.
The excitement of just ranking up one rank after grinding for hours is thrilling and stupidly exciting. You will meet players who are very polite and nice who don't look at the negatives but positives of games. Instead of complaining they may say, "bad luck" or "we'll get the next round." They are players you may want to friend to queue with next time. It's always easier to win games when you are playing with people you trust.

There is no pay to win function in this video game. The only things that can be bought are skins for each weapon on the steam store or through cases.

Of course, I'll need to talk about the cons of this video game as this is a review.
There is a large community of 'smurfs' in CS:GO. 'Smurfs' are experienced players who purchase another CS:GO account so they can play on skill levels lower than theirs just for the fun of it basically.
There are a number of hackers but in my experience I haven't ran into an enormous amount or at least players who weren't blatantly hacking. This may be because I'm on a higher skill level now. Hackers are usually seen on lower ranks in competitive mode as well as smurfs.

The competitive servers are only 64 tick which I won't really go into detail about. Basically, the higher the tick rates the more accurate the bullets registers and is more reliable. 64 tick servers aren't very high tick rate servers.
There are special servers which are able to raise the tick rate up to 128 on community servers. If you are searching for competitive servers which have high tick rates, ESEA and Faceit are reliable.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is an amazing video game. It is worth every dollar.

Get Battlefield 1 over this game if you enjoy online. I find that this game is too easy to get kills. Not much skill is needed. I played for an hour and probably won't ever again. Couldn't invite my friend into a party. At least the uninstall button didn't disappoint me
