The best way is to preferably create a Community Application or use the "Contact us" on the bottom right of the forums.
I've seen another member also created a community application. I recommend waiting until other staff respond, reaching out directly will not expedite the process.
We would like to inquire about a potential partnership with Steamrep, we've got serious dealings to talk about. Is this something you would be open to discussing on steam, or shall I get in touch with you on the forums for such matters?
If I am not talking to the right person for such inquiries, please, direct me to them.
