Hearts of Iron 4 is kind of an oddball when it comes to paradox titles. Is it the best mechanically? No. Is it the most grandeose in scope? No. Is it full of enough insane stuff to make it completely unpredictable? No.

But is it fun? Yes.

This game is probably the best intoduction you can get to paradox titles, but by no means is it their best work.
