FOR EVERYONE HAVING ISSUES WITH BULLY ON WINDOWS 10, DO THIS.
1. Find the bully .exe under steam, steam apps, common, Bully Scholarship Edition.
2. Right click and and go to properties
3. Go to "compatibility" tab, and check the box under compatibility mode
4. Change the mode to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) and apply. :)
